I Was An Immoral Baptist
Because Of Eternal Security

eternal security is a lie
I was raised in a Baptist Church from a baby; we went to church every Sunday morning, night, Wednesday night, I was made to be in the Youth Group, and sing in the choir until out of High School, etc. I was “saved” at an early age, and baptized around 10 years old. I was taught all the ways of Eternal Security, and although many times I tried to “re-dedicate” my life to God, it NEVER lasted very long. I started smoking cigarettes at 12, and was addicted to this and pornography immediately.By 15 I was drinking to get drunk whenever I could (my friend's parents let him do what he wanted, so I would always stay overnight at his house and drink, and look for girls.) By the time I was an adult, I was a full fledged functioning alcoholic, as well as a sex addict.
As a child growing up in the Baptist Church, I hated it. Once I was caught drunk by my dad at 16 and he said to me “and you call yourself a Christian!” to which I responded, “no I don't; you do!” Anyway, as an adult, twice I again tried re-dedicating my life to God, and turning away from my porn and alcohol, but again, I couldn't do it. WHY? Because of the concepts and ideas that had been taught me as a child about how we are “saved.” I had always expected that God would just remove these desires from me. ... I realized that I had been deceived about being saved, and it took 20 more years of rebellion before I understood the TRUTH; that God will do his part when I do my part. It has now been 3 years since I have had a drink, or allowed my mind to stray into sexual desires except for my wife. I have closed the doors that were open to evil, and I am protected and covered by the blood of Jesus AS LONG AS I KEEP THE DOORS SHUT!
Jesus sends his Holy Spirit to give us the ability to resist the Devil IN ALL SITUATIONS!!! We do not have to sin, ever! I have proved this. But if we refuse to appropriate his Spirit when we need help resisting, we eventually will become lax, and re-open the doors to our soul ...
The Eternal Security doctrine is THE DOCTRINE OF DEMONS! Wake up “Christians;” you have been deceived! The New Testament warnings are written to us! It's the TRUTH THAT SET ME FREE (the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom ...)
My dad is still a die-hard OSAS Southern Baptist whose advice to me 3 years ago when I truly repented was “YOU'RE SAVED, SO RELAX.” Well I can tell you this, that if I would have heeded his advice, I would have “7 more spirits more evil” than the ones I had living in me today. Co-incidentally, I find it interesting that the Baptists are also the most vehement in condemning the gifts of the Holy Spirit today by those who operate in these gifts/manifestations.
... Jesus performed no miracles until he was put into service, after the Holy Spirit came upon him; and he promised to send this same spirit that raised him from the dead, to his followers. THIS SPIRIT is given to us to resist the devil JUST AS IT WAS TO JESUS! Therefore, if he resides in us, WE HAVE NO EXCUSE FOR YIELDING TO TEMPTATION .... If we continue in this downward spiral, the Holy Spirit will eventually give up on us (he never forces his will over our will).
I thank God for his mercy in allowing me another chance, by showing me the TRUTH. Lies won't set us free, and the OSAS doctrine is a lie.

Do You Really Know How To Get and Keep Eternal Life

This salvation quiz has multiple rewards for all who will verify the following answers with their own Bible. There is not a more vital subject to know than how to get saved. If you are a Christian who has been carefully reading the Bible, the following questions should be easy for you to answer.biblical salvation quiz If not, don't despair. Learn from this salvation quiz and pass these truths on to others. They will prevent many spiritual deceptions in our dark day.
******************
1. Is anyone really saved now or are people only on probation awaiting their physical death to see if they will be saved at that future point?
bible salvation quiz(Yes, people are saved now, this side of the grave, as long as their heart is pure before God. However, just because a person was once saved in the past does not mean he is still spiritually pure before God and, therefore, saved. A righteous person can die spiritually and get back on the road to damnation again. See the listings in 1 Cor. 6:9,10; Eph. 5:5-7; Gal. 5:19-21; Mark 7:21-23; Rev. 21:8; etc. Also, Lust, hate and unforgiveness are all sins which are often overlooked to the detriment of people who consider themselves saved. Guard yourself against these and other attacks.)
2. If people are saved now, how does that fit in with what Jesus said in Mt. 10:22 that the disciples would have to endure [persecution of being hated] to the end to be saved?
(Mt. 10:22 is referring to final salvation or an actual entrance into God's kingdom upon physical death. The way the word saved is used throughout Scripture is sometimes cited to refer to an entrance into God's kingdom, which can be confusing until that truth is grasped. Another example of how saved is used like that is found in Lk. 13:23,24.)
3. Is it true that only if a person endures to the end he will get eternal life and that will be after his death?
(No and Yes! A person who has salvation now also has eternal life now. However, there is an aspect of eternal life, which is yet a hope (Titus 1:2; 3:7) and future promise (Mark 10:30; Luke 18:30; 1 John 2:24,25), which only those who endure to the end will get, Mt. 10:22.)

See ALL The Scriptures on Eternal Life

4. If a person goes back to the sins he had before his salvation, does that assure he can never get saved again?
(No. Such a person can get saved again, as the prodigal did (Luke 15:24), as long as he didn't commit eternal sin. Eternal sin is believing and saying Jesus had a demon and by the power of the devil he performed his miracles.
5. Can a saved person turn away quickly after salvation OR does a quick turning away mean one was never saved?
salvation quiz

(A saved person can quickly turn away from God and lose his salvation, Gal. 1:6,7; 1 Tim. 5:15; etc.)
6. Can a saved person also turn away slowly after salvation?
(Yes. A prime example would be through lukewarmness, Rev. 3.)
7. What is one of the best all-around spiritual safeguards to prevent backsliding of any type?
(Keeping your mind on Scripture and eternal things is one of the best overall things anyone can do for himself. Memorizing God's word will make this easy. If your mind is on God's word your behavior and value system will conform, especially as you ask God for help in these areas.)
8. Can going to “church” actually be a detriment to salvation?
salvation quiz experiences(Yes. The teachings from the pastor(s) and the observed examples of others will affect some in the congregation. Hence, if one is going to the wrong type of congregation, it will surely drag him down spiritually. That is especially true if sin is tolerated or allowed through false doctrine, etc. and Christian evangelism is neglected.)
9. If a righteous man dies spiritually because he turned to evil, does that death happen at the same point of his physical death like a few say?
(No. As with Adam, Eve, David, Peter, the prodigal and others who were unnamed, spiritual death occurs before physical death. The ones who teach one dies spiritually, at his death unless he repents, are actually teaching a license to sin by saying neither David nor Peter lost their salvation after they sinned. Don't be deceived by any of the many wolves in sheep's clothing!)

List of False Teachers

10. Before one can die spiritually through sins of the flesh (or the sinful nature), must that sin(s) be habitual, lifestyle or ongoing for a time?
(No. One can lose salvation over one sin, as Adam and Eve did, by disowning Jesus before man, taking the make of the beast, etc. It certainly doesn't have to be repeated sins. Hence, do not be deceived by those who emphasize “practice” of adultery, drunkenness, slander, theft, etc. being necessary for loss of salvation. That type of message is a distortion of grace, spiritual snare and license for immorality.)
11. There are many views of how to come to initial salvation. How can a person know he was ever truly initially saved or born again?
(When a person gets saved or born again, he becomes a new creation in Christ with a heart of love, especially towards Christians (John 13:35). He is also set freed from sin addictions (Rom. 6:22; etc.). Obeying God's commands is the key way to identify salvation (Heb. 5:9) and saving grace in one's life:
 forsake salvation quiz
We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:3,4)

Check Out These Questions on Salvation Security

12. Why should we be doubtful regarding some reports of people who say they died and went to heaven or hell known as near-death experiences?
(Experiences must be tested, according to Scripture. If they do not align themselves to God's word, we must reject them to avoid deception. Also, many of the near death experiences contradict themselves, showing there must be error. Go by the Bible account for truth.)
13. If a person had a dream or vision from God, does that prove he was or is saved at the moment?
salvation quiz experiences(No. Some unsaved people in the Bible had visions and/or dreams.)
14. Isn't it possible to get saved and have no evidence or behavioral change for others to observe?
(No. There will be a major change in one's behavior when he passes from death to life, from darkness to light and from the power of the devil to the power of God. When one gets saved his view about money and sin will change also. He becomes a slave to God from being a slave of sin, Rom. 6:16-22.)
15. Why does the devil want to separate (or steal) God's word away from people?
(Because God's word is a must for salvation, getting built up, and will give light on any given subject it mentions. Since the devil is a liar he hurts others by deception. God's word will prevent many deceptions, if understood.)
16. If one fears God or is humble, doesn't that prove he is saved?
(No. Unsaved people in the Bible have feared God and been humble before they got salvation.)
I7. If a person is religious, with a belief in the supernatural, is he a child of God?
(Not necessarily. Many are not children of God yet are very religious. Even demons believe in God, so being religious or having a belief in God doesn't mean much regarding personal salvation. One must be committed to the Lord Jesus as a follower of his in this sinful society. If you are ashamed of him he will be ashamed of you. Also, many profess a belief in God, but not in the Lord Jesus.)
18. If a Christian sins, how does he get forgiven?
(He needs to repent of that sin [turn away from it], ask God for mercy, forgive others who sinned against him and confess that sin to God. However, the Prodigal got forgiven before he even spoke to the father:
So he got up and went to his father. “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.” (Luke 15:20)
19. Isn't repentance just a change of mind?
(True repentance occurs when a person turns away from his evil ways. If turning away from sins is missing, repentance did not occur.)

NOTE These Ways To Spiritually Protect Yourself

20. Why are some people hostile to Christians, who declare the precious truths of God regarding salvation? Shouldn't they be thankful to hear about heaven and how to get there?
(Because of sins, which some love and don't intend to turn away from, hostility can certainly flow. For such a person the word of God will hurt them. The most hateful and persecuting types of people over the centuries have been religious people embracing false doctrines.)
21. How can a saved person know he is being fruitful? Must he win souls to be fruitful?
(Basic simple obedience to God is fruitfulness. One does not have to win souls to be fruitful, but this is a very important endeavor nonetheless. Winning souls is being fruitful, but not the only way to be fruitful. It is fruit or fire.
22. Can whole congregations be lukewarm?
(Yes, as we see at Laodicea, Rev. 3:15,16. Lukewarmness is contagious, as is zeal, and often spreads out from the spiritual leaders.)
23. Why did the early NT Christians sacrifice so much and themselves for the sake of souls getting saved and staying saved?
(Because this life is only a spiritual test, everything in this life is temporary and God wants us to do such for SOULS, who need rescued. They clearly knew the job they were given and went forth even though there would be sufferings to do so, 2 Tim. 3:12.)
24. Since Jesus is the Good Shepherd, won't he see to it that souls come to salvation and remain saved?
(Jesus is definitely the Good Shepherd, but that understanding of his office is wrong. If it was true then we would never see so much effort and sacrifice being displayed by the early Christians for SOULS. Also, if it is only left up to God, no person would ever fall away or fail to come to salvation, since God doesn't want any to perish (2 Peter. 3:9). It is possible for Christians to become enemies of God again!)
25. Can false prophets jeopardize one's present salvation or salvation hopes of entering heaven?
(Yes. False prophets are very dangerous, yet can appear to be harmless and Christian-like. False prophets will point people in a wrong direction, but not necessarily with every word. They will mix truth with lies. They are not always easy to detect, especially since false prophets are deceitful in various ways.)
26. Are false prophets and false teachers aggressive and zealous?
(Yes. Jesus said they will come to us (Mt. 7:15). They will also travel over land and sea for a single convert (Mt. 23:15)! Even the devil can quote scripture (Mt. 4:6)! Be on your guard.)
27. Why are souls so priceless?
(Because they will exist forever, unlike these physical bodies we now have.)
         28. Must we place Jesus first, even before our
own families and physical lives, to have salvation?(Yes. To be “worthy” of Jesus and his great salvation, we must put him first in our lives (Mt. 10:37,38 cf. Rev. 2:4). Do you still think you are saved?)

Learn NOW What Is The Gospel of Jesus Christ

29. Does salvation, in part, mean we will be saved from the pain and torments of the lake of fire?
(As long a person dies physically with a pure heart, he will escape fiery torment and will reside in a paradise environment with God.)
30. Why will so many people be lost in the end?
(It will be over deception of one kind or another. No person who was not deceived would ever be so foolish as to reject God's ways and stay in his sins.)
31. What is the best way for a Christian to help deceived people snap out of their salvation delusions?
(By giving them the truths of God's word. When people come in touch with reality, if they have a heart for truth, they change.)

This Is Why The Romans Road Salvation Plan is FLAWED!

32. Is it possible to claim to teach holy living and stress obedience and yet teach a license for immorality?
(Yes. In fact, it occurs much too frequently. The best way to know if a spiritual leader is doing this is to ask about the time when King David sinned with Bathsheba. Also, ask about Peter and his denial of Christ! Did David and Peter lose their salvation when they sinned? If he says no or that he would have lost salvation if he didn't repent before he died, etc., such a person is indirectly saying we can commit adultery, murder and disown Jesus three times yet possess salvation. That is not real holiness preaching, but instead is a license for immorality. Such a teacher is dangerous and a snare to souls.
33. Should we want salvation more than anything?
(Yes with no close second. To ever come to the place where you think your entrance into God's kingdom is an absolute guarantee is to be dangerously deceived (Rom. 11:19-23). The promises are only held out for he who overcomes. It is our spiritual condition at the end of our lives which will determine our eternal destiny.

NOTE These Common Misconceptions About Conditional Salvation

34. Once one gets salvation, should he guard his soul to keep himself pure and spiritually alive?
(Yes, especially since our soul is our most valuable possession and the devil is ever plotting to lead us astray and devour us.)
35. Can't we just trust what the priest, rabbi, pastor or leader is saying about salvation without spending time reading the Bible?
(No! Absolutely not! We are living in a day of great deception. We must read the New Testament for ourselves to know the truth. Do not implicitly trust another to tell you what it says, even if it is someone you love and can trust in the natural. That person might be sincerely wrong. Many are in hell now who just trusted what others taught them. Joining them is your greatest danger.
36. Why are there different views of what the Bible says about salvation?
(There are various reasons, such as the unsaved not having the Holy Spirit to teach them and consequently being unable to understand God's word. Another problem is, after a real salvation some are reading a translation which is often not understandable, like the KJV or he is not considering the context of what has been written.)
37. How could once saved always saved be wrong, since so many people believe that way?
(It is wrong because the Bible shows it is wrong, even though many have been taught otherwise. The majority belief does not make something true! There are 1.2 billion Catholics throughout the world. Without question, their salvation beliefs about Mary and other things are also deadly. BTW, the mythical god of eternal security is on a par with the mythical Mary of Catholicism -- neither exist!
38. How can I protect myself from religious deception?
(Get very acquainted with the New Testament by reading, pondering and memorizing Scripture. Don't forget to put it into practice and talk about its precious truths to others.)
39. Can a wicked filthy sinner go to Jesus directly for mercy and forgiveness or should he first go to Mary or someone else to get to the Lord?
follow Jesus salvation quiz(Jesus invited us to go directly to himself for salvation (Mt. 11:28; John 5:40; etc.). All, with no exception, who did this in the Bible were accepted by him, as long as they met his conditions. To try to get to Jesus by first going to the mother of Jesus or anyone else is disobedience and will not work. You must do it God's way, if you want his salvation. Go to God now in sincerity and humility. He gives grace to the humble.)
40. Should we trust in Jesus 100% for salvation or someone and/or something else also?
(We are to trust in Jesus 100% for our salvation, as we unashamedly follow and obey him in this sinful world. To trust in Jesus 50% and something or someone else 50% is to show you are not believing on Jesus for your salvation. It takes a trusting-submitting and enduring faith in Jesus to enter God's kingdom after death, according to the Bible. After initial salvation, the new Christian is to be water baptized, by immersion, as soon as possible.
We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first. (Heb 3:14)

Wealth and the Christian believer.

Have you ever noticed what the Lord Jesus taught about riches and how they have a very serious adverse impact on entering the kingdom of God? ==>
Then Jesus said to his disciples, "I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." (Mat 19:23-24)
WHY? Perhaps this is the reason ==>
“The one who received the seed that fell among the thorns is the man who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the DECEITFULNESS OF WEALTH CHOKE IT, MAKING IT UNFRUITFUL.” (Mat 13:22)
Wealth will choke out the fruitfulness of God’s word in one’s life for there will be too many distractions with riches (places to go, things to buy, temptations, etc.). We must bring forth “fruit” or we will perish==> http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/fruit-or-fire.htm

The Religious Wolves Are Giving Birth For The Last Days

The Religious Wolves Are Giving Birth For The Last Days

Sadly, Jacob Prasch has updated the list of men that he thought spoke the truth. The list at the bottom is no longer correct. I know for sure John MacArthur who has moved into apostasy, would not be on it as he now believes you can take the mark of the beast and repent later.  I am not confident in his list and some have proven to be dangerous. I probably spend more time researching false teachers as I have the time.

Stay in the scriptures, especially the New Testament . Stay on your knees. Do not trust men, who love to be honored and put Dr. in front of their name. You can read the scriptures. You should not need man. Ask God to teach you! He wrote it to children, not theologians.

Stay away from the pagan John MacArthur. He has many connections which are anti-Christ. He told thousands that they can take the mark and repent later. The truth will prevail as seen here.

What Are We Left With? By James Jacob Prasch

What Are We Left With?

As emergent apostate McLaren continues his satanic agenda to dismantle the Gospel, and as John Piper promotes Rick Warren, the real question emerges: What Are We Really Left With?

By James Jacob Prasch
First Satan raised up ecumenical deceiver Chuck Colson supported by false prophet Pat Robertson and J. I. Packer to betray the scriptural Gospel compromising with the sacramental one of Roman Catholicism.

Then Satan raised up anti-Israel preacher John Stott and Replacement Theology Restorationist Roger Forster to deny that Jesus died to save souls from a permanent conscious hell because they teach none exists.

Then Satan raised up Tony Campolo and his son Bart to deny that things Scripture calls sin are sin, stating that portions of God’s Word with which they disagree will either be spiritualized away or ignored.

Then Satan raised up Mike Bickels assortment of predatory perverts, drunks, homosexuals, and mystics — the Kansas City False Prophets who propagated an over-realized eschatology of Kingdom Dominion Theology fueled by failed prophetic predictions.

Then Satan raised up Rick Warren to replace Gods peace plan with Rick Warrens multi-faith one and replace the scriptural kerygma of Gospel presentation with a seeker-friendly one based on the marketing psychology of Peter Drucker, Bill Hybels, Robert Schuller, and New Age mystic Ken Blanchard.

Warrens Purpose Driven Lie is not built on biblical theology but on popular psychology which downplays sin.

Then Satan raised up Steve Chalk to deny that Jesus died for sin because it would make God a child abuser in his view.

If this were not enough, then Satan deluded the church with counterfeit revivals in Toronto, Pensacola, and Lakeland raising up deceivers like John Arnott, Colin Dye, Sandy Miller, Wyn Lews, R. T. Kendall, Rodney Howard Browne, Gerald Coates, John Kilpatrick, Mike Evans, Michael Brown, Guy Chevreau, Mark Dupont, Bill Johnson, C. Peter Wagner, and proven false prophet Rick Joyner.

Satan had already discredited the church and its message in the eyes of the fallen world it is called to evangelize with Kenneth Copeland, Benny Hinn, TBN, Joyce Meyer, Morris Cerullo, Creflo Dollar and the money preachers.

Then Satan raised up corrupters of God’s Word itself seeking to replace Scripture with counterfeits of it such as Eugene Petersons The Message.

Then Satan raised up a list of heretical authors writing popular books at fundamental odds with scriptural doctrine such as The God Chasers, The Prayer of Jabez and other such specimens of pseudo-spiritual junk.

Then Satan raised up someone to write The Shack which not only denies the scriptural Gospel but amounts to blasphemy. Satan even raised up Gayle Irwin to endorse it.

Then Satan raised up Dan Kimball and Brian McLaren supported by Rick Warren to rewrite Christianity as a post-modern. Neo-mystical religion.

What we are left with is a Christianity that is not scripturally Christian. We are left with an evangelicism that is not scripturally Evangelical.

We are left with Christian books that are not authentically Christian and preachers who do not preach scripture but secular psychology and secular philosophy thinly disguised in Christian jargon.

We are left with an ecumenical unity that is not the unity of the Holy Spirit but the expressway to Babylon.
We are left with revivals that are not revivals and with translations of Gods Word that are not the Word of God.

We are left with a charismata that is, rather, charismania and a false spirituality imagining itself to be Christian but is actually little more than New Age mysticism.

We are left with an apostate Evangelical church that is as much a harlot church as the Catholic Church of Rome, Eastern Orthodoxy, or Liberal Protestantism ever were.

We are left with a version of faith that is nothing more than greed and a god who is not YHWH but mammon.

We are left with a Stephen Sizer embracing the grace and favor of radical Islamic terrorist Iran who have martyred 98% of Iranian Christian pastors without Sizer uttering a syllable of complaint about the mass murder of Christians as he appeared on Iranian TV to denounce Israel, the one nation in the Middle East shielding the human rights and religious freedom of its Christian population.

We are left with seminaries like Fuller that are mere ecclesiastical business schools and faculties of psychology where they pray before their stupid, worthless lectures.

Then we have so-called Evangelical theologians such as J. D. G. Dunn and Colin Chapman who are theological liberals, Clark Pinnock who denies that God knows the future, and Norman Geisler who is a Tomist Aristotilian in the Roman Catholic tradition of Thomas Aquinas.

We are left with the utterly pathetic figure of John Piper, the Calvinistic Replacements now embracing Rick Warren after Warren appeared on Larry King Live on CNN and recanted his opposition to California’s Proposition 8 and same-sex marriage.

We are left with a revisionist church history, an abject doctrinal theology, a hermeneutic that is gnostic, and a gospel that is no longer the true Gospel at all. Indeed, the Christ of the Emergent Church is no more the Christ of Scripture than the Roman Catholic eucharistic Christ or the plastic idol on the dashboard are the real Jesus.

From Benn Hinn to Todd Bentley, from Rick Warren to John Piper, from Chuck Colson to Brian McLaren, from Stephen Sizer to Rick Joyner — the rise of so many false teachers and false prophets dispatched by Satan to deceive the elect is exactly what we were forewarned to expect.
McLarens latest book of demonic lies from hell simply fits the groove and paves the next step of the way for dawn of the Antichrist and the False Prophet.

Therefore Satan uses his servant Rick Warren to instruct Christians to reject and defy the command of Jesus for us to be watchful concerning the signs of His return by distorting the Scriptures and teaching the undiscerning to avoid End Time prophecy. Yet this too is exactly what Jesus told us it would be like before He returns.

Indeed, Will the Son of Man find faith on earth? (Luke 18:8)

In His Grace, May Jesus Keep Us Faithful To Him.

John MacArthur Is Making The Way Back To Rome

Did you know that John MacArthur told countless young people that they can take the mark of the beast and then repent later? Did you know about John MacArthur's Anti-christ and Globalist Connections. http://wmcgrew.blogspot.com/2015/10/did-you-know-john-macarthur-has-side.html Concerning taking the mark, John MacArthur twists and turns like a snake and confuses people with a lot of garbage. The Lord impressed me to simply show the verses with "mark of the beast" and put them in context and chronological order. There is NO question about the clear words Jesus said and meant. I have shown them as follows: What does King Jesus say: Rev. 13: 7-10 7 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain. 9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear. 10 If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints. Did you see anything in the verses you just read, where MacArthur could say you can repent later? Rev. 13:15 And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, 17 and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six. Did you see anything in the verses you just read, where MacArthur could say you can repent later? Rev. 14:9 Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “IF ANYONE WORSHIPS THE BEAST AND HIS IMAGE, AND RECEIVES A MARK ON HIS FOREHEAD OR ON HIS HAND, 10 HE ALSO WILL DRINK OF THE WIND OF THE WRATH OF GOD, WHICH IS MIXED IN FULL STRENGTH IN THE CUP OF HIS ANGER; AND HE WILL BE TORMENTED WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY ANGELS AND IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LAMB. 11“And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” 12 Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.13 And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them.” Did you see anything in the verses you just read, where MacArthur could say you can repent later? Rev. 15:2 And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, AND THOSE WHO HAD BEEN VICTORIOUS OVER THE BEAST AND HIS IMAGE and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, holding harps of God. Rev. 16: 2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth; and it became a loathsome and malignant sore on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image. Did you see anything in the verses you just read, where MacArthur could say you can repent later? Rev. 19:20 And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; THESE TWO WERE THROWN ALIVE INTO THE LAKE WHICH BURNS WITH BRIMSTONE. 21 And the rest were killed with the sword which came from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse, and all the birds were filled with their flesh. Did you see anything in the verses you just read, where MacArthur could say you can repent later? Rev. 20: 4 Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. AND I SAW THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAD BEEN BEHEADED BECAUSE OF THEIR TESTIMONY OF JESUS and because of the word of God, AND THOSE WHO HAD NOT WORSHIPED THE BEAST OR HIS IMAGE, AND HAD NOT RECEIVED THE MARK ON THEIR FOREHEAD AND ON THEIR HAND; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. Did you see anything in the verses you just read, where MacArthur could say you can repent later? Rev. 22:16“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.” 17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost. Did you see anything in the verses you just read, where MacArthur could say you can repent later? MacArthur took away words and mocked God in the Revelation and added his words (you can repent later). Rev. 22:18 I TESTIFY TO EVERYONE WHO HEARS THE WORDS OF THE PROPHECY OF THIS BOOK: IF ANYONE ADDS TO THEM, GOD WILL ADD TO HIM THE PLAGUES WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK; 19 AND IF ANYONE TAKES AWAY FROM THE WORDS OF THE BOOK OF THIS PROPHECY, GOD WILL TAKE AWAY HIS PART FROM THE TREE OF LIFE AND FROM THE HOLY CITY, WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK. 20 He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. We are to be ready to die for Jesus. It is a great honor to die for our King. MacArthur is of the wicked one. This is not the first time he has showed contempt for the scriptures. He mocks tongues and the gifts. 1 Cor. 14: 37 If anyone thinks he is a prophet or spiritual, LET HIM RECOGNIZE THAT THE THINGS WHICH I WRITE TO YOU ARE THE LORD'S COMMANDMENT.38 BUT IF ANYONE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THIS, HE IS NOT RECOGNIZED. 39 THEREFORE MY BRETHREN, DESIRE EARNESTLY TO PROPHESY, AND DO NOT FORBID TO SPEAK IN TONGUES. 40 But all things must be done properly and in an orderly manner.

Demonic Deception In The Churches. How Do You Know?

This is critically important for understanding the last days.
We are finding the most dangerous place for a believer is a church.
Get into the New Testament and learn it so well you can judge the "so called" teachers.

MacArthur. Working Out His Attack On The Youth of The World,

Friends, if you get to much about MacAtrhur, please understand that MacArthur has told countless thousands they can take the mark of the beast and repent later. This is out of hell. For the sake of others and mainly children, pass this on. You may impact great numbers by the time this is through!
........................................................
This post is super critical as MacArthur told the world you can take the mark of the beast and repent later. That is straight from hell. MacArthur uses confusion to keep a person from the truth. I have taken the time to pull out the passages which give no room for MacArthur's false words. MacArthur took away the words from Revelation and Jesus says he will not eat of the tree of life. You will see this in the verses below.
--------------------------------------

I have given the scriptures which are very clear. You will not have any problem understanding the seriousness of MacArthur's statement that "you can take the mark and repent later". The scriptures show him a liar. But lying is not his problem. He took away from the scriptures in Revelation and that keeps him from the tree of life. You will see this at the end. What does King Jesus say: Rev. 13: 7-10 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. 11“And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” 12 Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.13 And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them.” Rev. 15:2 And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, AND THOSE WHO HAD BEEN VICTORIOUS OVER THE BEAST AND HIS IMAGE and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, holding harps of God. Rev. 22:16  “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.” 17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost. 18 I TESTIFY TO EVERYONE WHO HEARS THE WORDS OF THE PROPHECY OF THIS BOOK: IF ANYONE ADDS TO THEM, GOD WILL ADD TO HIM THE PLAGUES WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK; 19 AND IF ANYONE TAKES AWAY FROM THE WORDS OF THE BOOK OF THIS PROPHECY, GOD WILL TAKE AWAY HIS PART FROM THE TREE OF LIFE AND FROM THE HOLY CITY, WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK. 20 He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly.” Amen. Do You Follow Jesus?

Do You Follow Jesus?

Follow JESUS Text Teaching From Luke 9:57-62

Are you a follower of Jesus (NOW)? To follow Jesus is a heaven/hell, life/death and child of God/child of the devil issue. Again, are YOU now following Jesus? To do that will mean you are submitting to him—doing God’s will now.
It is amazing how often the issue of following Jesus came up as the sole issue in Bible days. Below is only one small section of Scripture showing this:

I Will Follow You Wherever You Go

follow Jesus As they were walking along the road, a man said to him, “I will follow you wherever you go.” Jesus replied, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.” (Luke 9:57, 58)
The unnamed man apparently knew the issue was following Jesus and he brought that up himself. He said he would follow Jesus wherever he goes with no stipulations. Jesus’ reply is somewhat surprising. He did not encourage him to do that, but instead told him, in part, the cost to be his follower stating it would not be a bed of ease. He needed to know, it wouldn’t just be hearing the wonderful teachings directly from the lips of the Lord Jesus and seeing various types of miracles. To follow Jesus would mean you would leave your loved ones, house, job and travel with him. That in turn might include sleeping on the cold ground in a remote place, etc.!
For some reason the Lord never mentioned there the possible persecutions to the point of death, as he did elsewhere. Also, it almost seemed like the Lord was trying to discourage him from becoming a follower, which would be better in the end than having someone come alongside the Lord in salvation and afterwards fall away—taking others with him.

Lord, First Let Me Go And Bury My Father

follow Jesus He said to another man, “Follow me.” But the man replied, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.” Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.” (Luke 9:59,60)
Again, following Jesus was brought up. Jesus brought it up this time. NOTE: Unlike John 3:16 the Lord never mentioned believing on Jesus, but essentially requested the same! (To believe on Jesus is the same as OBEYING him.) Much different from Matthew who obeyed when he heard those exact words—follow me (Mt. 9:9)—the unnamed man here voiced a single desire related to his own father. That was his first concern—seemingly, one which seems noble.
What exactly is meant by let me go and bury my father is not clear. It could mean: (a) my father just died and needs to be placed in the grave, or (b) my father is old and doesn’t have many years left to live. Let me tend to him and see him buried.
Jesus’ response was surprising. He shockingly said, Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God. That shows indirectly how important it is to verbally spread God’s truth and that it is more important than burying your own father.
The merciful and loving Lord Jesus replied in a way which would unjustly seem hard, cold and indifferent to some, but it wasn’t. God looks at the big picture. That man needed to spread God’s truth for the sake of all who have a heart for truth. That would have eternal ramifications. For him to delay would adversely affect others from being exposed to God’s life-giving truth.
Jesus told him how to deal with the situation. He said, Let the dead bury their own dead. In other words, let the spiritually dead bury the physically dead. Again, he had a much higher, critical and more Godly task—proclaiming the kingdom of God.
What does proclaim the kingdom of God mean? The Jehovah's Witnesses erroneously think it is related to 1914 and the 1,000 year reign of Christ! So what is the real truth about proclaiming the kingdom of God, as opposed to that nonsense? The answer is neatly expressed in Acts 20!
I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus. And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there. I only know that in every city the Holy Spirit warns me that prison and hardships are facing me. However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace. Now I know that none of you among whom I have gone about preaching the kingdom will ever see me again. Therefore, I declare to you today that I am innocent of the blood of all men. For I have not hesitated to proclaim to you the whole will of God. (Acts 20:21-27)
The early Christians equated preaching the kingdom to the plan of salvationturn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus. That is proclaiming the kingdom of God and what the Lord Jesus wanted the man in Luke 9:59,60 to do. All Christians are to do the same to some degree—maybe not as a pastor, but certainly as a personal soul winner and witness.

I Will Follow You, Lord; But First Let Me Go Back And Say Good-by To My Family

follow Jesus Still another said, “I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say good-by to my family.” Jesus replied, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.” (Luke 9:61,62).
Another unnamed man brought up following Jesus too. He knew it was God’s will for him to do that, but something was of greater concern. He asked for permission to do something seemingly small: first let me go back and say good-by to my family. His simple request was also denied! Again, Jesus’ answer seemed uncaring and unloving, but wasn’t. Was Jesus trying to divide his family?
Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law. (Luke 12:51-53)
Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law—a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household. Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. (Mt. 10:34-39)
Jesus, rightly so, demands top priority. That is part of our test. His will must be obeyed over natural tendencies. We must love Jesus first and above our family members (and own life) to be worthy of him, who is eternal life. Second place for Jesus is never satisfactory and will never result in salvation in the end. Jesus must be our Lord, the one we obey and follow to the point of death, to be his.
Jesus said one is not fit for the kingdom of God, who would place his hand to the plow and look back. To plow back then with a horse or ox was hard work, which demanded attention to keep the cuts straight. To look back would hinder quality plowing, but also imply something much more serious. It would connote looking back in regret to the world from which a disciple has come out of to follow Jesus. Do you remember Lot’s wife? She was the one who looked back and turned into a pillar of salt (Gen. 19:26). Jesus taught, remember Lot’s wife (Luke 17:32).
Dear reader, is the Jesus you believe in, the one who would answer in the aforementioned ways? Is he, in your mind, the one who would notice and make an issue of not being one’s first love?
Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. (Rev 2:4,5)
Have you too forsaken your first love? Are you following Jesus now unashamedly? The salvation of the soul is the issue for you! Will you be wise and follow Jesus regardless the cost? Click for other teachings related to salvation.
