It is amazing this has to even be said. If you have taken part in abortion, you must repent and change the way you think and act, or you will face the fiery wrath of God all mighty, forever.
MONTGOMERY, AL, April 22, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) –– Children in the womb should have the same legal standing as other children, the Supreme Court of Alabama ruled Friday.
The decision upheld the prior conviction of Sarah Janie Hicks for “the chemical endangerment of her child,” when she exposed her unborn baby to cocaine. The boy, referred to as “JD,” was born testing positive for cocaine.
Alabama Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker
The 8-1 decision reaffirmed the Alabama Supreme Court’s ruling in a similar case last year that the word “child” includes “unborn child.”
Friday’s decision was a review of the lower Court of Criminal Appeals’ conviction of Hicks.
According to Justice Tom Parker, who wrote the majoritydecision, “It is impossible for an unborn child to be a separate and distinct person at a particular point in time in one respect and not to be a separate and distinct person at the same point in time but in another respect. Because an unborn child has an inalienable right to life from its earliest stages of development, it is entitled not only to a life free from the harmful effects of chemicals at all stages of development but also to life itself at all stages of development. Treating an unborn child as a separate and distinct person in only select respects defies logic and our deepest sense of morality.”
Fr. Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, referred to the decision as a unique instance of “common sense and logical consistency.”
“In ruling that a child is a child whether born or unborn, the Alabama justices have cut through decades of tortured, twisted rationales and issued a national call for courts to recognize the obvious – all humans have the right to life.”
Justice Parker said, “Courts do not have the luxury of hiding behind ipse dixit assertions,” which means that courts cannot rule simply to uphold the legal status quo but must, in this case, “allow the law of non-contradiction” to come into play, in order to “recognize a child's inalienable right to life at all stages of development.”
Until this is the case, the judge added, “our grief is not for the Constitution alone; we also grieve for the millions of children who have not been afforded equal value, love, and protection since Roe.”
“In contrast to the reasoning of Roe and Casey, Alabama’s reliance upon objective principles has led this court to consistently recognize the inalienable right to life inherently possessed by every human being and to dispel the shroud of doubt cast by the United States Supreme Court’s violation of the law of non-contradiction,” said Parker.

God made an everlasting covenant with Israel. He has not forgotten his covenant with them. Praise God! We gentiles can be grafted in to that covenant. Even though so many Jews have rejected Jesus the Messiah, even though so many Gentiles have rejected Jesus the Messiah, God's promise still stands. Jesus paid the price for sin and all those who come to him seeking his righteousness, will be saved. Jesus is the only way to the Father. Obey Jesus. No one ever cared for you like Jesus. Please do not reject him.
Please listen to the rest of the conference. It is rare to find solid, biblical teaching like this. The hirelings and wolves are too busy teaching ear tickling stories in their entertainment buildings. This is happening in ALL denominations.
Brothers and sisters, the hand writing is on the wall. The government knows this and is preparing for it. As Christians we are not to take up arms against the government, because God has raised up our government. The New Testament scriptures are quite clear about this. I believe the Revolutionary War was rebellion and contrary to the Word of God. Again, the NT scriptures are clear about this.
We are to obey God, even unto death, but we are not rebels against our government. We are going to have to face some very serious issues in the coming months and years. There is only one sure hope and that is Jesus the Messiah, Son of God and the great "I AM". We look to him and do not treasure our lives. If you are not obeying him now, what will you do when all hell breaks out around you?
I would not stake my life on what Dumitru Duduman said, but over many years I listened to all I could find about him. You can find him on YouTube and this blog site. In 1984, an angel told him America would be destroyed. The sign? An uprising would occur in the middle of the country as communists would stir it up. While the government was putting it down, Russia, China, etc, would attack us with nuclear weapons. I wonder if it will be Texas......
I have placed a video at the bottom. It is short. If you want to listen further, there are many videos on YouTube. I wait on the Lord and do not forget what Duduman said. I believe he was a man of God. He sounded crazy in 1984.........

The Bundy Paradigm: Will You Be a Rebel, Revolutionary or a Slave?
By John W. Whitehead April 21, 2014
“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”—John F. Kennedy
Those tempted to write off the standoff at the Bundy Ranch as little more than a show of force by militia-minded citizens would do well to reconsider their easy dismissal of this brewing rebellion. This goes far beyond concerns about grazing rights or the tension between the state and the federal government.
Few conflicts are ever black and white, and the Bundy situation, with its abundance of gray areas, is no exception. Yet the question is not whether Cliven Bundy and his supporters are domestic terrorists, as Harry Reid claims, or patriots, or something in between. Nor is it a question of whether the Nevada rancher is illegally grazing his cattle on federal land or whether that land should rightfully belong to the government. Nor is it even a question of who’s winning the showdown— the government with its arsenal of SWAT teams, firepower and assault vehicles, or Bundy’s militia supporters with their assortment of weapons—because if such altercations end in bloodshed, everyone loses.
What we’re really faced with, and what we’ll see more of before long, is a growing dissatisfaction with the government and its heavy-handed tactics by people who are tired of being used and abused and are ready to say “enough is enough.” And it won’t matter what the issue is—whether it’s a rancher standing his ground over grazing rights, a minister jailed for holding a Bible study in his own home, or a community outraged over police shootings of unarmed citizens—these are the building blocks of a political powder keg. Now all that remains is a spark, and it need not be a very big one, to set the whole powder keg aflame.
As I show in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, there’s a subtext to this incident that must not be ignored, and it is simply this: America is a pressure cooker with no steam valve, and things are about to blow. This is what happens when a parasitical government muzzles the citizenry, fences them in, herds them, brands them, whips them into submission, forces them to ante up the sweat of their brows while giving them little in return, and then provides them with little to no outlet for voicing their discontent.
The government has been anticipating and preparing for such an uprising for years. For example, in 2008, a U.S. Army War College report warned that the military must be prepared for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States,” which could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse,” “purposeful domestic resistance,” “pervasive public health emergencies” or “loss of functioning political and legal order”—all related to dissent and protests over America’s economic and political disarray. Consequently, predicted the report, the “widespread civil violence would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.”
One year later, in 2009, the Department of Homeland Security under President Obama issued its infamous reports on Rightwing and Leftwing “Extremism.” According to these reports, an extremist is defined as anyone who subscribes to a particular political viewpoint. Rightwing extremists, for example, are broadly defined in the report as individuals and groups “that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely.”
Despite “no specific information that domestic rightwing terrorists are currently planning acts of violence,” the DHS listed a number of scenarios that could arise as a result of so-called rightwing extremists playing on the public’s fears and discontent over various issues, including the economic downturn, real estate foreclosures and unemployment.
Equally disconcerting, the reports use the words “terrorist” and “extremist” interchangeably. In other words, voicing what the government would consider to be extremist viewpoints is tantamount to being a terrorist. Under such a definition, I could very well be considered a terrorist. So too could John Lennon, Martin Luther King Jr., Roger Baldwin (founder of the ACLU), Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson and Samuel Adams—all of these men protested and passionately spoke out against government practices with which they disagreed and would be prime targets under this document.
The document also took pains to describe the political views of those who would qualify as being a rightwing extremist. For example, you are labeled a rightwing extremist if you voice concerns about a myriad of issues including: policy changes under President Obama; the economic downturn and home foreclosures; the loss of U.S. jobs in manufacturing and construction sectors; and social issues such as abortion, interracial crimes and immigration. DHS also issued a red-flag warning against anyone who promotes “conspiracy theories involving declarations of martial law, impending civil strife or racial conflict, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of citizen detention camps.”
Fast forward five years, with all that has transpired, from the Occupy Protests and the targeting of military veterans to domestic surveillance, especially of activist-oriented groups and now, most recently, the Bundy Ranch showdown, and it would seem clear that the government has not veered one iota from its original playbook. Indeed, the government’s full-blown campaign of surveillance of Americans’ internet activity, phone calls, etc., makes complete sense in hindsight.
All that we have been subjected to in recent years—living under the shadow of NSA spying; motorists strip searched and anally probed on the side of the road; innocent Americans spied upon while going about their daily business in schools and stores; homeowners having their doors kicked in by militarized SWAT teams serving routine warrants—illustrates how the government deals with people it views as potential “extremists”: with heavy-handed tactics designed to intimidate the populace into submission and discourage anyone from stepping out of line or challenging the status quo.
It’s not just the Cliven Bundys of the world who are being dealt with in this manner. Don Miller, a 91-year-old antiques collector, recently had his Indiana home raided by the FBI, ostensibly because it might be in the nation’s best interest if the rare and valuable antiques and artifacts Miller had collected over the course of 80 years were cared for by the government. Such tactics carried out by anyone other than the government would be considered grand larceny, and yet the government gets a free pass.
In the same way, the government insists it can carry out all manner of surveillance on us—listen in on our phone calls, read our emails and text messages, track our movements, photograph our license plates, even enter our biometric information into DNA databases—but those who dare to return the favor, even a little, by filming potential police misconduct, get roughed up by the police, arrested, charged with violating various and sundry crimes.
When law enforcement officials—not just the police, but every agent of the government entrusted with enforcing laws, from the president on down—are allowed to discard the law when convenient, and the only ones having to obey the law are the citizenry and not the enforcers, then the law becomes only a tool to punish us, rather than binding and controlling the government, as it was intended.
This phenomenon is what philosopher Abraham Kaplan referred to as the law of the instrument, which essentially says that to a hammer, everything looks like a nail. In the scenario that has been playing out in recent years, we the citizenry have become the nails to be hammered by the government’s henchmen, a.k.a. its guns for hire, a.k.a. its standing army, a.k.a. the nation’s law enforcement agencies.
Indeed, there can no longer be any doubt that militarized police officers, the end product of the government—federal, local and state—and law enforcement agencies having merged, have become a “standing” or permanent army, composed of full-time professional soldiers who do not disband. Yet these permanent armies are exactly what those who drafted the U.S. Constitution feared as tools used by despotic governments to wage war against its citizens.
That is exactly what we are witnessing today: a war against the American citizenry. Is it any wonder then that Americans are starting to resist?
More and more, Americans are tired, frustrated, anxious, and worried about the state of their country. They are afraid of an increasingly violent and oppressive federal government, and they are worried about the economic insecurity which still grips the nation. And they’re growing increasingly sick of being treated like suspects and criminals. As former law professor John Baker, who has studied the growing problem of over criminalization, noted, “There is no one in the United States over the age of 18 who cannot be indicted for some federal crime. That is not an exaggeration.”
To make matters worse, a recent scientific study by Princeton researchers confirms that the United States of America is not the democracy that is purports to be, but rather an oligarchy, in which “economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy.” As Policy Mic explains, “An oligarchy is a system where power is effectively wielded by a small number of individuals defined by their status called oligarchs. Members of the oligarchy are the rich, the well connected and the politically powerful, as well as particularly well placed individuals in institutions like banking and finance or the military… In other words, their statistics say your opinion literally does not matter.”
So if average Americans, having largely lost all of the conventional markers of influencing government, whether through elections, petition, or protest, have no way to impact their government, no way to be heard, no assurance that their concerns are truly being represented and their government is one “by the people, of the people, and for the people,” as opposed to being engineered expressly for the benefit of the wealthy elite, then where does that leave them?
To some, the choice is clear. As psychologist Erich Fromm recognized in his insightful book, On Disobedience: “If a man can only obey and not disobey, he is a slave; if he can only disobey and not obey, he is a rebel (not a revolutionary). He acts out of anger, disappointment, resentment, yet not in the name of a conviction or a principle.”
Unfortunately, the intrepid, revolutionary American spirit that stood up to the British, blazed paths to the western territories, and prevailed despite a civil war, multiple world wars, and various economic depressions has taken quite a beating in recent years. Nevertheless, the time is coming when each American will have to decide: will you be a slave, rebel or revolutionary?
Brothers and sisters, do we really believe what is written, or do we discount the warnings in the scriptures about falling away? That could never happen to a believer, right? Wrong! The scriptures warn us over and over about the danger of turning away from God. As a result of false teachings, we have countless thousands of believers who read the following passages and totally ignore the clear warnings to ALL believers. That means you and me, yet we ignore them because an ignorant, possibly well meaning preacher, told us when we said the sinners prayer, that is it. and we are saved. We were were likely taught our future sins are paid for, no matter what we do. This is not scriptural.
If a child reads the following chapter written by Peter, what would they say? Unless they have been indoctrinated, they would most likely see what you and I have not seen in the past, because we were trained to automatically see ourselves as Christians or believers. We did not test ourselves as to whether we were "in the faith". Many are living in sin and never exam their personal fruit.
Go to John 15:1-6, and read where Jesus told his disciples that if they, as a branch in Jesus the vine, did not bring forth fruit, Jesus' Father would cut them off of the vine. He told them branches like that were put in a pile to be burned. Do you believe what Jesus said?
Jesus also tells us in Ezekiel 18, that if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and does evil, he will die (eternal death). God also said that if a wicked man turns to obey God, he will live. (eternal life). There is a race to finish! Go read it. Do you believe what is Jesus said?
Why is Peter so very concerned and warning these people about WHAT TO DO? Brothers and sisters, we are warned over and over to be practice righteousness and be godly. Salvation is not passive. See 2 Peter 3:15, below. Paul talks about finishing the race. He was the greatest of all the Apostles and yet was concerned about becoming a castaway!
Chapters 1 and 3 pertain to believers. Chapter 2 also brings in the judgement of false teachers.
2 Peter 1 ISV
1From:a Simeonb Peter, a servantc and apostle of Jesus, the Messiah.d
To: Those who have received faith that is as valuable as ours through the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus the Messiah.e
2May grace and peace be yours in abundance through full knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord!
3His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the full knowledge of the one who called us by his own glory and excellence. 4Through these he has given us his precious and wonderful promises, so thatthrough them you may participate in the divine nature, seeing that you have escaped the corruption that is in the world caused by evil desires.
5For this very reason, you must make every effort to supplement your faith with
8For if you possess these qualities, and if they continue to increase among you,
they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in attaining a full knowledge of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah.f
9For the person who lacks these qualities is blind and shortsighted, and has forgotten the cleansing that he has received from his past sins.
10So then, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election certain,
for if you keep on doing this you will never fail.11For in this way you will be generously granted entry into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus, the Messiah.g
12Therefore,I intend to keep on reminding you about these things, even though you already know them and are firmly established in the truth that you now have.13Yet I think it is right to refresh your memory as long as I am living in this bodily tent, 14because I know that the removal of my bodily tent will come soon, as indeed our Lord Jesus, the Messiah,h has shown me. 15And I will make every effort to see that you will always remember these things after I am gone.
16When we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah,i we did not follow any clever myths. Rather, we were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 17For he received honor and glory from God the Father when these words from the Majestic Glory were spoken about him: “This is my Son, whom I love. I am pleased with him.” 18We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the holy mountain. 19Therefore we regard the message of the prophets as confirmed beyond doubt, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a lamp that is shining in a gloomy place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.20First of all, you must understand this: No prophecy in Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, 21because no prophecy ever originated through a human decision. Instead, men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
2 Peter 2 ISV
1Now there were false prophets among the people, just as there also will be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies and even deny the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2Many people will follow their immoral ways, and because of them the way of truth will be maligned.a3In their greedthey will exploit you with deceptive words. The ancient verdict against them is still in force, and their destruction is not delayed.b
4For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but threw them into the lowest hellc and imprisoned them in chainsd of deepest darkness, holding them for judgment; 5and if he did not spare the ancient world but protected Noah, a righteous preacher, along with seven others when he brought the flood on the world of ungodly people; 6and if he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and destroyed them by burning them to ashes, making them an example to ungodly people of what is going to happen to them; 7and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man who was greatly distressed by the immoral conduct of lawless people— 8for as long as that righteous man lived among them, day after day he was being tortured in his righteous soul by what he saw and heard in their lawless actions—9then the Lord knows how to rescuegodly people from their trials and to hold unrighteous people for punishment on the day of judgment,10especially those whosatisfy their flesh by indulging in its passions and who despise authority.
Being bold and arrogant, they are not afraid to slander glorious beings. 11Yet even angels, although they are greater in strength and power, do not bring a slanderous accusation against them from the Lord. 12These people, like irrational animals, are mere creatures of instinct that are born to be caught and killed. They insult what they don’t understand, and like animals they, too, will be destroyed,13suffering harm as punishment for their wrongdoing. They take pleasure in wild parties in broad daylight. They are stains and blemishes, reveling in their deceitful pleasurese while they eat with you. 14With eyes full of adultery, they cannot get enough of sin. They seduce unsteady souls and have had their hearts expertly trained in greed. They are doomed to a curse.f15They have left the straight path and wandered off to follow the path of Bosor’sg son Balaam, who loved the reward he got for doing wrong. 16But he was rebuked for his offense. A donkey that normally cannot talk spoke with a human voice and restrained the prophet’s insanity.
17These men are dried-up springs, mere clouds driven by a storm. Gloomy darkness is reserved for them. 18By talking high-sounding nonsense and using sinful cravings of the flesh, they entice people who have just escaped from those who live in error.19Promising them freedom, they themselves are slaves to depravity, for a person is a slave to whatever conquers him.
20For if, after escaping the world’s corruptions through a full knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus, the Messiah,h they are again entangled and conquered by those corruptions, ithen their last condition is worse than their former one.
21It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness than to know it and turn their backs on the holy commandment that was committed to them.22The proverb is true that describes what has happened to them: “A dog returns to its vomit,”j and “A pig that is washed goes back to wallow in the mud.”k (See Peter 2:9-10 above)
2 Peter 3 ISV
1Dear friends, this is now the second of two lettersa I am writing to you, in which I have been trying to stimulate your pure minds by reminding you 2to recall the words spoken in the past by the holy prophets and the commandment of our Lord and Savior spokenbthrough your apostles.
3First of all you must understand this: In the last days mockers will come and, following their own desires, will ridicule usc4by saying, “What happened to the Messiah’sd promise to return? Ever since our ancestors died,e everything continues as it did from the beginning of creation.” 5But they deliberately ignore the fact that long ago the heavens existed and the earth was formed by God’s word out of water and with water, 6by which the world at that time was deluged with water and destroyed. 7Now by that same word, the present heavens and earth have been reserved for fire and are being kept for the day when ungodly people will be judged and destroyed.
8Don’t forget this fact, dear friends: With the Lord a single day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a single day. 9The Lord is not slow about his promise, as some people understand slowness, but is being patient with you. He does not want anyone to perish, but wantsf everyone to repent.10But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief. On that dayg the heavens will disappear with a roaring sound, the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done on it will be exposed.
11Since everything will be destroyed in this way, think of the kind of holy and godly people you ought to be 12as you look forward to and hasten the coming of the day of God, when the heavens will be set ablaze and dissolved and the elements will melt with fire.13But in keeping with his promise, we are looking forward to new heavens and a new earth, where righteousness is at home.
14So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to have the Lordh find you at peace and without spot or fault.
15Think of our Lord’s patience as facilitating salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him. 16He speaks about this subject in all his letters. Some things in them are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, leading to their own destruction, as they do the rest of the Scriptures.
17And so, dear friends, since you already know these things, continuously be on your guard not to be carried away by the deception of lawless people. Otherwise, you mayi fall from your secure position.
18Instead, continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus, the Messiah.j Glory belongs to him both now and on that eternal day! Amen.k
We have been warning that 2014 is the beginning of a new cycle that will see a highly unusual convergence between our domestic (civil unrest & revolution) data and our international war model. Both converge for the first time since the 1700s when there were US and French Revolutions and the fall of monarchy. This was the topic at our Cycle of War Conference (see also special report).
The civil unrest will develop first outside the USA and turn up more aggressively in the USA after 2015.75. Nonetheless, it still begins in 2014 for the USA as well. We are starting to see this in the West where memories of previous events still linger deep wounds from 1992.
The confrontation in Nevada between Clive Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management, whose Director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has turned into an issue of important cycle unrest. The government wants the land and demands Bundy gets his cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations. This dispute between a Nevada rancher and federal rangers over alleged illegal cattle grazing erupted into an Old West-style showdown on the open range this week, even prompting self-proclaimed members of militia groups from across the country to join the rancher in fighting what they say is U.S. “tyranny.”
This is a brewing resentment of federal government that goes back to Ruby Ridge, which was the site of a deadly confrontation and siege in northern Idaho in 1992 between Randy Weaver, his family and his friend Kevin Harris, and agents of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It resulted in the death of Weaver’s son Sammy, his wife Vicki, and Deputy U.S. Marshal William Francis Degan. The Feds simply shot his unarmed family dead and it was alleged they even shot his son in the back. This is indeed the continued militarization of the police in America. The corruption was so bad in Ukraine that when someone saw the police, they trembled in fear. In the US, this trend is also underway and demonstrated by this video where the police began shooting at a minivan driven by a woman with children in the car over a traffic violation.
Brothers and sisters, the following is from the Apostle Peter who is addressing us. He is addressing you and me. We do not want to place ourselves in these passages, but it is critical we do so. It is about our souls. It is about being deceived after we are born again. Many are falling away.
Peter says at the beginning of this letter - " To: Those who have received faith that is as valuable as ours through the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus the Messiah. Peter 1:1
Peter told us in chapter one "10So then, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election certain, for if you keep on doing this you will never fail.11For in this way you will be generously granted entry into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus, the Messiah." Peter 1:10-11
The problem we have is examining our own spiritual lives in the light of the scriptures. Especially after countless thousands of preachers told us "once saved, always saved". Please read Jesus' warnings to his own disciples in John 15:1-17
So many believers are deceived by the countless ear tickling preachers of our day. These hirelings and false teachers love money and the praise of people. You cannot know their hearts as all you see is a man on a stage talking about the bible and giving his opinions!! And millions listen to him? God help us! Get into your bible!! You are to judge your pastor's words and make your calling and election sure!
Protect your eyes and ears from trash. Stop sinning as Jesus told us to do. Seek out the warnings in the New Testament. You will never be the same and you will understand how dark it is in thousands of the pulpits, no matter what the denomination.
Peter is describing thousands of teachers in our day. You are responsible to know your bible. We will not be able to blame the false teacher on the day we stand before the Lord. What will a person give in exchange for their soul? Millions are consumed with the cares of this life in spite of us finishing race. There is a race to finish. The Apostle Paul was very concerned about finishing the race. Are we?
You are at war brothers and sisters. What are we a slave to?
